Powder-coated in gloss black to match factory racks and sleeved with soft rubber to protect your gear. Hooks are 6 inches deep and can turn to a 90 degree angle. Easily attaches with mounting hardware(included). Quickly adjusts and locks in place with aid of 4 wing bolts. Polaris model fits flat racks and composite racks.
